The Integrated Path is a contemplative community organized around a comprehensive curriculum. Three contemplative traditions, held inside one pragmatic system. Each tradition building and synergizing the others as insight & practice deepens.

The psychological healing work of Internal Family Systems, somatic practice, &  narrative based inquiry. The existential liberation work, centered around the buddhist principle of emptiness and the profound freedom it evokes. The soul-making work based on depth psychology, tantric and imaginal practice.

Each tradition is essential, each tradition has a different goal & bears different fruit, each tradition. The path of healing moves focuses on constructing a whole & healthy ego.

The path of existential liberation moves us towards traditional buddhist enlightenment (the end of suffering/delusion). While the path of liberated reconstruction moves us towards the active, intentional, cultivation of a more beautiful, meaningful, & poetic existence. Held together, they form a coherent path into our deepest potential as creators of our own experience.

You move through these paths alongside other like-minded people, driven to explore, grow, and expand our notion of what is possible in this life.

We all have a vast missingness deep inside us. The only difference between us and the mystics is that they learn to face what we find ways of running away from.

The Architecture

Three Traditions.

Held in one vision

Three Traditions.

Held in one vision

Each path has deeply transformative potential. When integrated their value skyrockets to something of unparalleled brilliance.

The Groundwork

The Healing Path

What hurts & how does it heal

Psychological wholeness is the groundwork. Healing trauma, core wounds, and ending limiting beliefs through Internal Family Systems parts work, somatic awareness, and narrative inquiry. Contracted parts release; frozen parts thaw and come home. No spiritual orientation required.

Lineage

Richard Schwartz (IFS), Peter Levine, Tara

Brach, Byron Katie, somatic and parts-work

streams.

I

The Opening

The Liberation Path

Why do I suffer? & do I need to?

This path leans on contemplative insight to identify the roots of suffering, and how to truly end it. Understanding the inner coding of experience illuminates the freedom inherent in our being. Moving beyond the cage of mind we break the chains that bound us. Stepping into a wondrous new experience of reality.

Lineage

Rob Burbea, Thich Nhat Hanh, the Dalai Lama, the Mahāyāna emptiness tradition, Advaita.

II

The Re-enchantment

The Soulmaking Path

Once the chains have been broken, what should we build?

Once we taste a certain degree of liberation through direct insight into the groundless nature of experience, our dormant creative potential awakens. We reclaim our latent power for Cosmopoesis, the creation of new worlds. Breaking the mold of the culture we were conditioned into, we gain the ability to consciously create and discover the deepest, richest, most meaningful experience of reality. All from the inside out.

Lineage

Rob Burbea's Soulmaking Dharma, James Hillman, Bill Plotkin, Carl Jung, Catherine McGee.

An Invitation

Walking this path alone is treacherous, and can be isolating

Walking this path alone is treacherous, and can be isolating

Most who try this work in isolation may get stuck, confused, or lose inspiration. The path is meant to be walked in good company. What may seem forever out of reach whilst alone is catalyzed and cultivated within the community.

The Offering

In reality, what do you receive?

In reality, what do you receive?

The full curriculum, intimate community, and a transformative container. Spiritual Evolution is what you came for. Spiritual Evolution is what you will receive.

I

Three-Path Curriculum

Healing, Liberation, and Soulmaking. Each with essays, practices, workshops, slideshows, videos, and dharma talks. Original material, sequenced for depth.

II

Live Group Sessions With Ben

Weekly live sessions. Teachings, group practice, inquiry, and direct engagement with questions designed to stimulate insight & freedom

III

A Small, Intimate Community

The community is part of the curriculum. Peer practice partnerships, organized discussion, and connection to others walking the same path.

IV

A Guided Practice Library

Audio and written practices for every section, solo and partnered, sequenced so each builds on the last. A curriculum where you practice & apply the work, not only watch lessons.

V

A Curated Library of Dharma Talks

Curated long-form contemplative teachings, primarily from the teachings of Rob Burbea, who inspired this work, organized by topic and placed in the curriculum where each lands most fully.

VI

A Real Transformative Container, Not a Content Library

This isn't just a Netflix of dharma & teachings, it's a crucible. A container for questioning normative experience and cultivating radically different ways of sensing ourselves, the cosmos, and existence itself.

The Traps

Three common traps that limit spiritual development

Three common traps that limit spiritual development

The Spiritual Trap

Spiritual Bypassing

Using Transcendence to skip the psychological healing work. While deep insight into emptiness is profoundly liberating, that insight must be balanced & integrated with trauma work in order to bring the deepest, fullest, widest liberation possible.

I

The Solidification Trap

Reification

We unconsciously reify our experience through the unnecessary solidification of mental constructs (even spiritual ones). Setting ourselves up for limitation, confusion, and suffering. This path offers something much more freeing and true.

II

The Modern Trap

Isolation

There are tangible reasons that all spiritual known traditions are taught and practiced within a community container. Engaging in deep spiritual work alone can be fruitful, yet progress is often painfully slow and lacks strength & support when compared to spiritual work done within a community of like-minded individuals walking the same path.

III

"

What we seek isn't the accumulation of more knowledge. It's embodied transformation felt in our bones. One that shifts our perception into deeper ease, beauty, & truth.

Inside Each Topic

Six modes of engagement. Sequenced for depth

What this work asks

The Transformation is Real.

As is what it asks of you

The Transformation is Real.

As is what it asks of you

These shifts are not aspirational. They are what sustained engagement with this material reliably opens. The work is real, The map is real, The next step is yours.

Honest Discretion

Not for everyone.
A blessing for some.

Not for everyone.
A blessing for some.

We must each determine what path we desire to walk through understanding what teachings resonate most deeply with us at this point in our lives. The teachings I present and the community that surrounds it may not be for everyone. But for those ready for radical, existential shifts in perception, you have come to the right place.

This community is for you if

You are ready for the real work.

You have done the surface-level work, and it hasn’t been enough

You are drawn to spiritual truth more than spiritual entertainment

You can hold intellectual rigor with embodied practice simultaneously

You suspect that there is much more to this life than what we currently have access to

You are ready to invest yourself into a deeply transformative path

You desire to understand the inner mechanisms of mind & how they build experience

You crave the deepest, richest, most meaningful experience of life possible

You are ready to see through the illusory world and connect to something real

This community may not be for you if

You are seeking something else

You are seeking a quick fix or symptom relief

You crave the security of a guru, a fixed spiritual identity, or spiritual dogma

You are in acute psychiatric crisis and are in need of direct clinical care

You are not ready to question your perceived reality & experience of self

You expect transformation without investment and engagement

You are looking for spiritual entertainment or intellectual escapes

You seek ultimate certainty more than ultimate truth

The way we look at things actually makes them. Different ways of looking fabricate, construct, our experience in different ways. This is not just a philosophical point. It is the most practical thing about practice.

The Middle Way

Two common pitfalls along the path.

This system navigates both.

Two common pitfalls along the path.

This system navigates both.

Both traps undermine this path's full potential. Easily correctable, but only once we recognize them and free ourselves from them.

Trap One

Spiritual Bypassing

Using emptiness to collapse into dismissal: "it's all illusion, I don't need love or healing." Insight without integration, freedom without warmth. It’s the meditator who can sit for hours but hasn't healed their wounds.

Trap Two

Spiritual Materialism

"I am enlightened, I am the chosen one, I am clearly superior." Spiritual progress, while real, can easily solidify into a cage, limiting freedom & strangling joy. The work hardens into the very thing it was meant to move beyond.

The Resolution

The Imaginal Middle Way

Is my experience real or is it made up in my mind? This path teaches the imaginal middle way, where the truth lies somewhere in the middle, between extremes such as real or unreal. Acknowledging the constructed nature of experience without disregarding its felt reality. Honor our suffering, our self sense, love, beauty…etc, without mistaking them as objectively real beyond the mind experiencing it. This path leads to direct insight into the nature of reality, the doorway to unparalleled freedom.

Teacher, Practitioner, and Architect of this integrated curriculum

Teacher, Practitioner, and Architect of this integrated curriculum

I hold a master's degree in contemplative psychotherapy and Buddhist psychology, and have spent the last decade at the intersection of the three streams this community is built on: healing, liberation, and soulmaking. Extended retreat practice in Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhist lineages. Training in Internal Family Systems and Depth Psychology. Tenacious study and practice of Rob Burbea's Soulmaking Dharma until it became a foundation of what I teach and live by.

The curriculum is the product of years of practice, refinement, and synthesis, what I wish I'd had access to years ago while exploring numerous spiritual and psychological traditions.

I consider myself a guide, not a guru. This path is designed to bring the practitioner back to themselves, again and again, until they learn to trust, and develop intimacy with, their direct experience. As this is the quickest route to authentic insight and spiritual maturation. Leading to the fruition of the core goals of this work: radical healing, existential liberation, and the conscious construction of the most soulful, beautiful, & richest life possible.

The Investment

Priced at a level accessible to most. Consciously & Intentionally

Priced at a level accessible to most. Consciously & Intentionally

The kind of person this system is built for already knows that genuine transformation costs time, money, and courage. They are not looking for cheap. They are looking for real. Research and lived experience both confirm that what costs nothing is rarely engaged with seriously, thus reducing the effectiveness of the material.

The full curriculum, the small cohort, and the live container together form the heart of the offering. Everything you need to walk the path is here.

This system is a synthesis of my heart and soul, the things I most desire to share with a world in desperate need of clarity, truth, and freedom. I have the utmost confidence that if you decide to embark on this journey with me your life and your perception of existence itself will change permanently in the most beautiful ways.

A small number of need-based scholarship spots exist for people for whom this is genuinely the obstacle. If that is you, reach out directly and we will have a real conversation about it.

FAQ

FAQ

What exactly is included in my membership?

Full access to the three-path curriculum across Healing, Liberation, and Soulmaking, each organized into sections with original essays, guided practices, workshops, slide decks, curated video offerings, and dharma talks from the Burbea and Hermes Amara archive. Live group sessions with Ben on a regular cadence. A small, held cohort of serious practitioners moving through the same material. Discussion forums organized by section. Peer practice partnerships. Everything is sequenced. Nothing is filler.

How much time does this actually require?

The honest answer is that it depends on what you want from it. Twenty minutes of genuine engagement a week moves things. Two hours moves things faster. There is no syllabus to fall behind on and no deadline to meet. The curriculum stays available, the sessions are recorded, and the community holds the container between calls. What the work asks for is consistency over intensity, and even modest consistency over time produces real shifts.

I'm already in therapy. Is this complementary or redundant?

Complementary, and meaningfully so. Therapy works on the psychological layer, and this community supports that work directly. What it adds is the philosophical layer — the worldview and patterns of perception that keep generating the same psychological material — the soulmaking layer, which therapy rarely touches, and the relational layer of being witnessed by a community of serious practitioners doing the same work. Many members are also in therapy. The two forms of support address genuinely different dimensions.

What makes this different from other spiritual or contemplative communities?

Most communities are organized around a single teacher, a single tradition, or a single modality. This one is organized around a complete curriculum that holds three traditions — psychological healing, existential liberation, and soulmaking — in one coherent architecture. Each one corrects what the other two cannot reach alone. The result is a container that does not collapse into spiritual bypassing on one side, or endless psychological processing on the other. The map was built with both failure modes in mind.

What if the philosophical content feels too abstract or academic?

Every concept in the curriculum is paired with a practice. The essays and philosophical material are not endpoints — they are doors. The practice is how you walk through them. Members who arrive skeptical of the intellectual content almost always discover that the concepts become meaningful precisely because they are grounded in embodied experience. The curriculum was built to prevent philosophy from becoming a substitute for the work rather than a gateway to it.

How is this structured week to week?

There are regular live sessions with Ben covering teaching, inquiry, and group practice. Between sessions the curriculum is available at your own pace, organized into sections that build on each other. Each section carries essays, practices, workshops, slide decks, video offerings, and dharma talks. The forums and peer partnerships hold the relational layer between calls. The structure is substantial enough to give you traction and flexible enough to fit a real life.

Let's chat!

The Map To Liberation

Inside this community you have 2 live sessions with Ben every month, a three-path curriculum with original essays, practices, workshops, and dharma talks built to take you somewhere, and a genuine community walking the same map alongside you. The philosophical depth gives you a framework that holds. The practices give you somewhere to take it. The community gives you the relational ground that makes the real shifts possible. This is what a genuine container for transformation actually looks like.

The Invitation

Heaven on Earth from the Inside Out.

Heaven on Earth from the Inside Out.

Our experience is more malleable than it appears, and our agency to co-create runs deeper than most realize. Through direct insight into the mechanisms that construct experience, we discover the depth of our power as creators. It becomes our responsibility to break the chains that bind us, evolve beyond inherited beliefs, and recognize the nature of reality through intimacy with our direct experience. A new reality, grounded in practice, rooted in insight, shining only as bright as we can imagine.

A small cohort. A held community. A real curriculum.
